1.    Skills – Ball Mastery & Beginner 1 v 1 Moves

BALL MASTERY- with both feet, the foundation of all other soccer skills. This component contains activities where beginning players get to know the ball, how it rolls and bounces, and learn how to keep the ball close while running and turning. 

2.    Speed (Primarily mental reaction speed)

What athlete doesn't enjoy moving and racing; fun exercises develop body coordination and reaction skills.

3.    Shooting – (Includes passing and other various ways to strike the ball)

Beginning soccer players must quickly understand the game is about scoring goals, and what player doesn't enjoy scoring? Athletes in this program will learn that great frequency, repetition and enjoyment will lead to improved technique without the pressure of perfection.

4.    Small Sided Games (2v2 & 3v3)

Small-sided games (1v1, 2v2, 3v3) give beginning players a feel for the real game, an idea of attacking and defending, and an opportunity to use the skills they are learning.
