BALL MASTERY

1 Player. 1 ball. RepEtition ball control exercises with both feet.


LEVEL 1

Mondays, September 12th

5:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Available to boys and girls between the ages of 8 - 11 who are currently involved in a youth competitive or recreational soccer program (i.e. Youth Club, AYSO, Youth Academy).  Athletes with no formal experience will also be accepted after a short skills evaluation.

Participating athletes will be introduced to the First 15 Beginning moves of the Coerver Coaching Ball Mastery curriculum which is represented as the foundation of The Pyramid of Player Development. Moves include but not limited to: Sole Taps, Shuffles, Take Stops, Heal Toe Rolls, Roll Overs, Shuffle Roll Overs, and more. 

 

LEVEL 2

Mondays, September 12th

6:30 pm - 7:30 pm

Available to boys and girls between the ages of 11 - 14 who are currently involved in a youth competitive or recreational soccer program (i.e. Youth Club, AYSO, Youth Academy).  Athletes with no formal experience will also be accepted after a short skills evaluation and demonstration of moves from BM Level 1. 

Participating athletes will be introduced to the Second 15 Beginning moves of the Coerver Coaching Ball Mastery curriculum which is represented as the foundation of The Pyramid of Player Development. Moves include but not limited to: Take Stop Scissors, Take Stop Lunge, Dribble Cut Both Feet, Shuffle Stop Skip, Attacking V, and more . 


Athletes receive: 

  • 6 hours of programmed Coerver Coaching Instruction provided by Coerver Coaching Staff.
  • Coerver Coaching Performance Jersey
